What are the carbs, protein and fats for homemade soup? And are multi-grain products the same as WG?
Hi, Blueberry62. The information for homemade soup depends on what is in the recipe. If you would like a way to estimate them, you can refer to the following lists and add up the ingredients per serving: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
Regarding multi-grain products, not all of them are WG (whole grain) – read the label to makes sure white/refined flour hasn’t been added.
