Here is a list of all the things we can have, IT IS THE EXCHANGE LIST. If IT’S NOT ON HERE BETTER LEAVE IT OUT.
http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists/ This is an invaluable list. I printed mine out and keep it by my chair. It is the exchange li sts/subsitutions list …whatever you want to call it!!

    Hi Deborah
i tried to print this and couldn’t manage it. I can’t see a print icon. Like you, I would find this handy to keep in a drawer in my kitchen for easy access

If you just click on the dark blue letters,it will take you there. If not , join us in successful Beginnings and Support and I’ll give it to you again. Debbie

Thanks, Debbie! I think your group is the solution for all ills 🙂
Louisegale, yes honey is fine, but raw is recommended most. Do keep in mind, though, that it can add up – so don’t go overboard with it 😉
