    can you use raw honey a tsp in tea and what is that considered on the menu is you can

    Hi, Msfuduchi. Raw honey is excellent. It is considered a “Sweet,” but only in large amounts. A teaspoon in tea doesn’t really need to be counted unless you are a diabetic, or unless you have many cups of tea in a day and it really adds up.
