    What size hot dog & burrito are you suggesting? 2 oz or what? It seems the portion sizes are large. 2 hot dogs etc. My husband has started your diet program on Mon. I do all the cooking & want to loose around 15 lbs. What size portions should I have? I am a 67 year old female, weigh 165 lbs, & am 5 ft 7 in tall.
