MemberI added the fitness part to my program. I can’t seem to find where to access it? It includes mini workouts and such…. where is it and how do I access it when I want?

MemberI believe so…. I was sent some instructions and links but have not had the time to try them yet! THanks~ I am also wondering if I need to eat all the food at those specific meals? OR as long as I get it all in during the day.. I am having trouble eating so much food and am not a fan of eating nuts in the morning or fruit in the evening?

MemberHi, FatJean. You don’t have to eat the foods in that specific order, but we do recommend to not load up in the evenings.
You can use the personal version of the Menu Planner (the right-most option here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner) to select the meals at which you want certain foods, and vice versa.January 3, 2017 at 7:05 am #37273Madaboutakitas
