I bought some natural organic peanut butter with no oil or sugar and want know how to count it? Also, how do you count organic all natural chocolate chips? These are the kind that are 100% cocoa (no sugar).
Hi, teewoods54. That’s great! Each 1 tablespoon or 16 grams of your peanut butter is equal to 2/3 protein + 1 fat, and 2 teaspoons or 10 grams of your chocolate chips equals 1/3 protein + 1 fat.
