Tagged: Grass-fed
I don’t know how to tell if beef is grass or grain fed. I shop at supermarkets like Safeway and Costco. I’ve never seen any labels or information on their meat products. Can you help?
Meats that are grass-fed are labeled as such. They are generally ordered online or available straight from the farm. If you buy from Costco, your best bet are the Niman Ranch products, followed by Kirkland brand – not necessarily grass-fed, but they are the next best thing if lean.
That helps a lot. Thanks so much Ossie.
