MemberThis is the program for you two! The Trim Down Club program is based on principles shared with diabetic nutrition – low simple sugars, insulin-balancing, rich in fiber and antioxidants – but fun enough for the whole family.

MemberI have a question (I’m new to this). For the diet journal…..I hate that I have to type in everything that I eat, when I already have a “menu” to follow. Is there anyway I can copy and paste a menu selection, or drag and drop to my journal? Otherwise, I probably won’t bother with the diet journal.

MemberThe conversion factor is 2.2046 (pounds to a kilo), so 7 kilos is about 15 pounds.

ParticipantI find it hard to follow. Lots of work with cooking own meals. I’ve tried the carrot squash soup and the lemon muffins recipes. The soup was OK but very bland and the lemon muffins were hard and a rock and very dry. I find it difficult to have all of the unique items in the cupboard. I’ve tried this plan for two weeks and gave up as I would be missing one ingredient or another when following the menu plan and didn’t know what to replace it with. I know it’s good for you but there must be an easier way?

Memberyes i agree, the menu is hard to plan, especially when u work 2 jobs, and planning is not an option. what i have done, is modify my portions, and try to plan meals ahead that i am capable of cooking. my budget is not friendly either. so buying organic, or anything thing of that nature is not possible. ive looked at recipes, and modify them, so that im still eating healthy, but not cutting into my budget…i was sceptic after purchasing this program, but after some time of thinking i realized, i can use it as a guide for now. so chin up, and good luck 🙂

MemberHi everyone.I’ve just joined and as I am vegetarian I quite like the recipies so far, but the recipies are usually for about 6 to 8 people and I am the only one doing the diet. How do you all deal with this? I’m from the UK and some of the ingredients are a bit hard to find but I’m not doing too bad.
