MemberJust joined TDC this morning. Thought it would be a simple plan to follow. Been on the computer for 3 hours trying to look over plan and create a customized meal plan. System keeps kicking back to add more favorites. Just added a lot of foods I don’t eat to get it to work….but, still not working. How does anyone follow the set meal plans? I don’t eat this much food. And, I eat no dairy, no soy or peanuts (thyroid issues), low carbs (some days none), Low or No Sugar, No corn or peas. Nice to have variety…but, I would be in the kitchen cooking, cleaning and eating all day long. How does anyone really follow this (SIMPLE?) plan?

MemberHi, CharmB. It looks like you would benefit most from using the subapplication of the Menu Planner. For each meal, click on the circular arrow to the right of the header, and just put only foods that suit you into your menu pattern one at a time. You will be guided by the food portions allotted to you, but don’t worry about overstuffing yourself. Try to concentrate on protein and produce.
