    Having taken HRT for many years and tried unsuccessfully to stop it what effect would this have on weight.

    Hi, Hessing456. It can go either way. There is a lot of concern about it causing weight gain, but this is not believed to be fat gain. This program is based on combating the type of gain associated with menopause and beyond.
