just joined. hoping this will be the final step to good health. does anyone use hummus i love it and don’t want to give it up.
Hi, Wendy. There’s no reason for you to give up hummus! If you have choices where you live, we do suggest to get a type with olive oil in it.
thanks sharon, for your reply. what do i substitute it for? i don’t know where to place it on my menu. is it a carb, a protein, or what excuse my lack of knowledge on the topic. i thought all beans were proteins then someone said they are carbs.
