ParticipantHi there! We are new to Trimdownclub and my husband and I both just signed up. Is there a way to combine our menus….meet in the middle…..I’m overwhelmed by his menu and mine. Thanks!

MemberHi, marleeneggers. I see that you set up your account for yourself, so the menu portions will reflect your needs. To know what proportion your husband needs, I just need the following information on him:
– Age
– Height
– Weight
– Activity Level
Then I can get back to you here.January 9, 2021 at 4:43 pm #47233marleeneggers
ParticipantThanks-he is 53, weighs 235 and activity level is low. He and I both have separate menu plans so it’ll be great to use one of ours and just change is portions!

MemberHi, marleeneggers. Thanks for the information.
Your husband needs about one-sixth more than you are currently getting in your menus here. That’s sort of an odd proportion, but if you increase just the protein and carbohydrate portions for him, you can up them by one-fourth (25%), which is easier. For example, when you have 4 ounces of meat, he can have 5 ounces; when you have 2/3 cup of rice, he can have a little over 3/4 cup. - AuthorPosts
