Hi, I am new to the program. I tend to get hypoglycemia if I don\’t eat enough protein in the morning for breakfast. The other morning the bread, bacon and fruit breakfast was not good for me. Can you just repeat the breafasts that work the best? I have also replaced almond milk for regular milk. I found it to be less everything than regular 2% milk. Is this acceptable?
Hi, Masonsgrammy. You can definitely repeat any meals that work well for you! Regular milk is a fine replacement for almond milk, and 2% is fine. If you can find organic and/or pastured milk, that is the best.
