    Hi I am new on here. I want to lose weight, and get rid of my tummy. I need motivation to get into a routine to walk. I love walking.

Motivation for walking can come from several sources, including finding a lovely place that you like to visit for walks, finding a walking partner, and/or plugging into music and/or entertaining lectures or e-books while you walk. If you like TV and/or movies (and the comfort of your home), you can also walk in place in front of the screen. We wish you the best of success here, and are happy to help in whatever way we can.

    I did the low impact aerobic workout the first day. Now on day 3 and I can’t find it!!

    I had viewed the low in pact video last night but I can not find it I paid for it and and don’t under stand I can not find it
