My problem. I am a bored eater. Instead of getting on my tread stepper.
Or floor excercises. I dig in the fridge.
I truly know better I have a history on fitness
And weight lifting can it be so so hard to get the drive back
Hi, Bullet3663. Can you arrange for your stepper or floor exercises to be in front of a source of entertainment like a TV or your computer? Perhaps that will make it more appealing and take care of the boredom issue…?
Just know that getting started is the hardest part! Once you do it, you’ll be so glad you did. I follow upbeat videos on YouTube to prompt me through my workout. But I’m in Wisconsin, so today I shoveled!
