I feel like I am missing something with this program. I dont understand what to eat other than what is given on the planner. What do I look for at each meal in ways of how may carbs, sugars, protein with each snack and meal?
You don’t need to eat anything else. You of course can add seasonings, but the point is for you to have your daily intake planned out for you, especially at the beginning stage of your participation in the program.
So when it says brown rice and lettuce…that is literally all you get to eat or could you add beans or something to the rice?
