Hi, Cutekatie98. It looks like you would most benefit from a full body toning program. Through the “Contact Us” link, you can ask customer service about our exercise guides, which have great ideas for exactly what you’re seeking. They will get back to you within less than 48 hours.

Try lifting weights. I know this sounds scary but you won’t bulk up and your muscles will burn fat long after your actual workout, which doesn’t happen with long steady cardio. Also, encorporate HIIT training into your routine. Try a tabata (20 seconds high intensity sprinting followed by 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds) It’s only a very short workout, but you will be gasping for air afterwards and your body will be burning calories upto 12 hours afterwards! This is called the afterburn effect. You just need an open space like a park or field, an interval timer – I like gymboss, and your trainers! Do this a few times a week. You could start by doing jump rope skipping if you don’t like sprinting. This will work for your whole body. Inner thighs – try lying on your back with your knees bent. Tilt your pelvis and lift your bottom off the floor and raise as high as you can. It’s more intense on your inner thighs if you place a cussion in between your thighs and squeeze throughout the full range of movement. Don’t relax until you have done 10-12 reps. Try for three sets.
