Actually I did start the new meal plan as planned, and on that day I also quit drinking coffee and all caffeine and all excess sugar. It was a powerful withdrawal that discouraged sticking to the diet. A massive headache that lasted two weeks. At one point I thought I was having a heart attack the muscle pain was so intense. It came and went but overall lasted over three weeks. I am finally through it. In the meantime have not gained or lost and I am drinking only purified water now. I am going to make all the recipes needed between now AND Sunday . I will be starting the new meal plan on Monday.
