I am not permitted to eat a number of foods as I have very bad acid reflux. For example: no citrus, no tomatoes in any form, nothing with nuts, no chocolate. I am lactose intolerant, but I can use Lactaid milk products and butter. I am also diabetic, type 2 but it is under control. However, I must still be careful to keep it that way. I am not permitted to have more than 100 grams of carbohydrates a day. That includes the ones you get from many vegetables as well as flour products. That 14 DAY PLAN does not fit my needs. I am not sure this plan can help me lose the 25 lbs. I want and need to lose. Can I speak to someone about my special needs.
