I work full time about 40 hours a week so coming home and having to do workouts everyday just doesn’t appeal, I am desperate to loose my belly fat as quick as I can any suggestions?? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)x

Wow, this sounds exactly like me. I’ve been told to just take baby steps and that’s my plan for now. I’m going to start by walking when I get home from work and work my way up from there.

Thanks that sounds like a plan but I’m so impatient I want it gone now! 😛 haha never going to work so might try that 🙂

Hi, ladies. Workouts don’t need to take a lot of time and energy. Even doing some simple movements in front of the TV – even just for a half-hour sitcom – can get you started. If your interested in guides, you can contact customer service through the “Contact Us” link below.

Hey girls I just wanted to chime in and tell you 6 months ago when I first joined this. I could not even walk up stairs without getting out of breath. As I gave up the additives in my food and started reading labels, switching the white rice for brown rice, whole grains for whole wheat, trading the sugars for stevia sweetner. The list goes on! I’ve had much more energy! I’m doing weights simple F4X, plan @ home! While resting between them I do a little house work! I now run up stairs get my housework done! I have a daily bible reading, along with two daily journals I read! Keep up with this and also follow Face Book! I’ve lost between close to 27 lbs! it really makes a difference to keep at this! We even go out to eat! If I eat the wrong foods I eat a very small portion!!! I also walk on the bowflex tread climber 2 days a week!
I work 40 hours a week @ a very busy hosp. I’m also 56 years old!! All I’m saying it can be done! Praying you girls get this! You are worth it!!! Bonitag

Hi, I walk and use my treadmill but not everyday. I get home from work and the first thing I do is get off my feet. I don’t always have the will power to do the walking or treadmill. Then I feel bad that I didn’t. Help!

I need motivation too! I just joined today and am going thru all the paperwork! I have been using “green drinks” twice a day for the last couple months and have been avoiding gluten, GMO’s, almond milk w/o rbst, etc. I have lost weight, but I’m getting very bored with only veggies. I need to broaden out…that’s why I’m here!!

Do it in the morning before work. It will give you a lot of energy for the day. Then you can sit down when you get home and not feel guilty. When I worked this was the only way I could make myself exercise. I was just too tired after work to go to the grocery store, or cook dinner and then grade papers!

    Hi, Blueberry62. A couple of things –
    1. Don’t think about having to do it for a long time in one lump – break it up into a few minutes here and there.
    2. Watch TV or a movie while you’re on it.
    3. It WILL get easier! As you gradually get used to the routine and especially as you get into better shape, it will become second nature.

You may want to try to take your gym bag to work with you, this way you can go straight to the gym or for a walk- I do it and it works for me. No time to go home and sit and relax..

Thanks Ossie-Sharon I will try doing that. It seems like that would be easier to get use to then going gungho all at once. Thanks deborahjjhayes, I will try using my treadmill in the moring before work and see how it goes. Lately it seems I get up just in time to have breakfast and take a shower and it’s time to leave for work.
