I just joined and selected my foods and created my first week menu. This is asking me to eat more in one day than I would normally eat in 3-4 days. I don’t think this will help me lose weight. Am I wrong? How can eating Quiche AND Oatmeal AND fruit AND yogurt just for breakfast be a good idea?
Look at the serving sizes. It may be more items than you normally eat but it is less food overall.
