What can I substitute for my dessert that I use to have which was non fat vanilla frozen yogurt that you buy at any grocery store?
Hi, lwilson6850. You can have low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt (try to get a type with minimal additives and no artificial sweeteners). 1/2 cup is considered a “sweet” serving.
OK Thank you for that. I was wondering if you could tell me the last two foods that I should not eat. I got orange juice, wheat bread and margarine what are the other two?
What are the other two ingredients that we should not eat. I have orange juice or concentrated juices, wheat bread and margarine.
Hi, lwilson. The other two are artificial sweeteners and processed/GMO soy products.
