I started on Monday really eating the menu plan for me. I couldn’t eat everything on the menu but I did follow it 85% but instead of losing weight I gained .5 pound after my third day into the plan. Is anyone having the same problem

If you have been on restrictive diets, it will take a little while for your body to get used to eating normal amounts of food that meet your nutritional needs. Sometimes this process can be sped up by adding exercise, or if you already exercise, changing the routine a bit to get new muscles fired up.
