    Hi! I started the program 10 days ago and in the first 6 days I lost 4.5lbs. Four the past four days my weight has not changed. I have followed the diet religiously, I even weigh my food. I do 30 minutes of cardio exercise and 15 minutes of strength training every other day. I see a nutrition coach and she noted my BMI has dropped and my muscle tone has increased. I am taking an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Am I developing muscle in place of fat? Does an antibiotic slow down weight loss? Is there something I can do to get off of this plateau?

    muscle weighs more than fat so if your developing muscle then you “scale” weight may not change but your body shape should
