Hi I’m new to the program and I noticed that all the recipes are written in ounces and pounds, in Australia, we use the metric system. Is there some way of converting the recipes to metric, so that I have the correct quantities?
I use metric, and did it the long way, by rewriting the weekly menu plan with all the conversions.
½ oz = 14gms 1oz = 28 gms 2oz = 56 gms 3 oz = 84 gms 4oz = 112 gms 5oz = 140 gm 6oz = 168gm
Each day is set out in Table form on a Word doc, with an extra column to tick off each item as I eat it. I’m finding this very helpful, especially if I have to pack a lunch and snacks, and can take a printed page out with me.
I have forwarded this issue on to the program’s support team. Thanks for bringing it up!
