Hi just starting and there are certain foods not to eat for both these illnesses I have i.e. tomatoes and strawberries are not good for inflammation
any ideas anyone. i have just been told im on the borderline for type 2 diabetis
Hi, Pauline, and welcome! First, the entire program is set up for pre- and type 2 diabetics, so no worries there. Second, if you use the personal Menu Planner, you can easily avoid the foods that are not good for you. To get similar nutrients from other foods, try sweet red bell peppers, watermelon (when in season), and broccoli.
