    Hi, Does anyone know how to balance 6 meals per day and insulin requirements as normally only have 3 meals a day with 3 injections of insulin

    Hi, Sueg3611. Hopefully you are being followed by a health care practitioner who knows you are following this program, who can help you. Regarding your question, are you using only fast-acting insulin? If so, which type? I can make some suggestions based on that.
