My issue is I am on the border line of getting Type 2 diabetes. I take medication also for problems with sleep.
The problem is that Seroquel XR makes me eat and it is extremely difficult to lose any weight, between the eating and higher than normal blood sugar.
Does anyone else been able to lose weight with insulin resistance, how are you able to loose weight?
Hi, rcorl5889. Until someone else chimes in, I’ll put out there that what you’re describing is rather common. We tool such cases into account when we designed this program, and for that reason offer a lot of protein and high-volume foods with lots of fiber and water to fill you up while balancing your sugar. Try to eat “whole” foods as often as possible to keep your appetite at bay. If you hit a snag, please do repost, and I would be happy to troubleshoot with you. Just as importantly, try to be physically active.
