I gave soy up about 2 months ago. I am on livothyroxine for 3 years and have not had the energy to exercise until 3 weeks ago when I started using coconut oil. But I also gave up Soy. so I suspect this is valid.
Also, I notice in the Ezekiel bread, there’s organic sprouted soy. I’m not sure if that’s considered healthy now with respect to what this video says. I don’t think the soy in ezekial bread is processed so I suspect it’s ok. Anyone know?
I learned from this guy that Wheatgrass is useless (from what he says)
