After reading the right way to shop (downloads) I am wondering about milk. The label says it has nutrition; but, I know that much of that nutrition had to have been destroyed during the pasterization or ultra-pasterization (application of high heat). So, wondering if that label is legal-fraud/intentional misinformation. Is there anyone who know how to check the rules on label information?
