I am new and going to the grocery store. Is there a list of things I should be looking for? Are there things I should be avoiding? Need some help!
Hi, Lougar, and welcome! Recommended foods are listed in the main Program Guide and Quick Start Guide, when can be found in “My Downloads” above. They can also be found in the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above) food lists – the items in the lighter blue are recommended. To generate a shopping list for your menu, click on the “Grocery list” icon in the toolbar above your menu (it’s the third icon from the right).
