    Does this work for people with type2 diabetes or is there a menu suggestion/help that is diabetes friendly?

    Hi, rdleftys. This entire program is based on principles for nutritional care for diabetes 🙂 All of our menus are built using diabetic exchanges , and all Clubmembers are encouraged to eat diabetes-friendly foods because that’s healthy for everyone.
