    Ossie-Sharon — Oh, I got to your message and appreciate your suggestions.
    Please continue to give us as many pointers as possible not to gain weight but to slowly lose on the TDC plan. There is so much food as well as carbs, and we wonder if it really is possible to lose??
    I WANT to lose as I’ve already mentioned that what drew me here was the fact that this is the only plan I’ve ever seen where we can have our carbs in moderation.

    Ossie-Sharon — You advise a lot of “calcium rich foods”, but what are they if I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat dairy??
    Please give me alternatives. Thanks.

    Hi, angeljackie. Examples of dairy-free calcium-rich foods include tahini (sesame spread), almonds, fortified non-dairy milks (such as organic soy, coconut, etc.), deep green leafy vegetables (kale, dandelion greens, collard greens, turnip greens, sardines in tomato, canned salmon (with the bones), white beans, black-eyed peas, organic firm tofu.
