is juice that is not from concentrate ok
I just read Fat Chance, by Dr. Robert Lustig, and he says that you are better off eating the whole fruit. I guess it is better to stay away from the concentrate by drinking the better juice, but the best approach is eating the whole fruit. At least that is what he writes about in the book, which details some pretty bad results for children, especially, who drink fruit in excess–leading them to have Type II Diabetes and fatty livers. He was on the staff with St. Judes Children’s Hospital. It’s a great book. A real eye-opener. I got it via Audible and listened to it in less than two days.
