    Hi – just about to start the trimdown way – and will be doing my first shop – is the swg bread easy to find?

    Generally yes! It is available at health-oriented shops, including large chains such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes, as well as online.

    I am also new to trimdown and struggling to find SWG bread in UK supermarkets, the best I can readily get is Hovis wheatgerm bread, but I’m not sure if this is ok.
