Ive been on this plan for 4 days and I down already,acouple of pounds!
Today I will be doing some grocery shopping and I hope I can find everything I need.
does anyone else have a problem finding the write produce?
I will need to be carful of anything with the wrong sugars since I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabeties.I will keep everyone posted on my progress

MemberHello..I am also new…I have read everything..and I am still looking for a list of the 5 foods we should never eat…I have read and looked at all the material…and this was why I bought this product…to know the 5…foods we should not eat … just in a list form…I was on a diet like this before which is a great way to live…and yes it does work.. I just need support…to start again… and this list of 5 foods we should never eat…PLEASeeeee!

MemberHi – also a new member. The five were given in a podcast where I joined & included 1.concentrated orange juice (any concentrated juice really) 2.Wholemeal bread 3. Margarine (transfats)4. processed soya (the processing) and 5.corn on cob or any corn products that are processed / from GMOs.
My concern is with my meal planner as I have 5 out of 7 days been given eggs for breakfast. Also being from the UK quite a lot of the foods are different e.g.wide variety of cheeses but only a few mentioned on the list. What would be great is work lunchtime ideas (usually have a sandwich). MemberOH Thank you very much…I too… listened 2 times to the vidio…and never heard it…3 times would have been to much for me… so I bought it…the program…again… so much to look at and read and do…and like you said…nothing matches what we are trying to do.. it is all new.. and now we must practice new habits… this is very hard part of dieting…the (true) hard part of changing what we used to do…it’s name is habit…you will hear it’s voice… on what I call radio station K.R.A.Z.Y…we all want a feeling…so we buy something to help…which is new… then the voice of habit…arises on radio station krazy…so I have the KRAZY’s today…and thank you so much..for the feed back
