GrizzbatMemberHi – I just joined the site and I have clicked on my food choices – I am in UK so it was a bit weird as I wasn’t expecting it to be so American.
I seem to have generated a plan but it’s just a random selection of food stuff, not recipes or things that actually go together or fit the meal time.Any tips gratefully received. 🙂

Many of the foods are actually from around the world (and available in the UK) but less known because they are less mass-produced, which means they tend to be more nutritious and therefore supportive of healthy weight management. You can refer to this link for where to find many of them – http://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-uk – and note that you can read about the foods at one of the online shopping sites – http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk – as well as in our articles above. As far as the combinations go, please do take advantage of the swap function, if you wish – simply click on a food item you want to change in your menu, and a list of nutritionally-similar foods will pop up from which you can choose.
