Just Joined Today (Cinco De Mayo)

I think it was a wise choice to join the TD Club but I believe one should take the first few days to browse the recipes and get to know what’s available to you before attempting to put together your meal plans for the weeks to come. So much info to absorb and looks like some really great meals that are easy to make and tasty. I’ve only managed to figure out the first day and a half of my meal plans and I’ve been on this computer for about a total of 5 hours now. Looking forward to getting it done so I can start in earnest next Monday. It’s only Tuesday night now but I suspect I’ll need some time to gather ingredients and make my selections. Happy to be here and looking forward to eating healthy.

To update your profile picture, please follow these steps:

1. Login to http://www.trimdownclub.com
2. In the middle of the homepage, simply left click on ‘Update Picture’
3. Then, click on “Browse” and locate the image on your computer you wish to upload. Then, after you find the image you want to use, simply click Open
4. Now, click on “Upload Image”
5. Next, scroll down, and crop your profile picture. Then, click on “Crop Image” to save your new profile picture
