HI, can someone help?..There are about 4 different food’s in the menu eg breakfast, am i supposed to eat all foods or just pick one or 2 eg cereal and a piece of fruit? thanks
The best advice i have is listen to your body it will tell you what to eat. Don’t be afraid to mix it up. God bless you on your weight lose jouney.
I had the same question! Glad to hear I can pick and chose what will fill me. Years of trying to “diet” has made me a selective eater quantity wise. Seeing the huge amounts of food listed was very intimidating! Thanks! =)
