I just joined the Trim Down Club about a week ago and got the flu the next day. I was still able to follow the menus with a few variations to inclued some chicken soup and lost 4lbs in the first week.I found the SWG bread at the health food store and its really good. Cant wait to try some new recipies this week as I am starting to feel better.
Just started too and I am stuck. Filled out my food choices and now I don’t know how to gdt my menu’s. HELP
After you submit the menu go to the apps click on that then click on menu planner it will come up with a date click on that and it will give you the weeks worth of menus you can click on each day the little arrows on the sides will give you substitutions
