Sharonda
MemberHello, Everyone, I am totally new and decided to make this lifestyle change to prolong the life I love. I have been doing over 200 sit ups per day now for 1.5 mos and can see a big change in my body already. I know Trim Down Club should give me the motivation to eat properly to help all the changes become permanent. I am known to jump off a wagon, so I am willing to change my life instead. I love to eat late night because I stay up and watch movies. So I will be chatting with progress daily.

MemberHello, I am totally new also and decided this was a good lifestyle change for me for the same reasons and I am tired of carrying the extra weight around the middle. Wagon jumping is one of my best feats in life and late night T.V. and eating…I have several blue ribbons in that category, so we are definitely soul mates Sharonda. I am hoping for great success, but will be a slow starter as my kitchen is currently being re-modeled and I have no where to prepare my meals. I do hope to keep up to date to with you as we take this journey together. Best of luck to you!

MemberThanks, Everyone, the support and responses are wonderful. I am fighting those first week cravings. I started taking my fish oil to help with eliminating waste, and my husband brought lots of spinach and chicken breast. I am truely dedicated and yes, JMChapman57, I look forward to working with you to remain encouraged and lets take it day by day. Good luck to everyone, lets make this work for life! Cold turkey on sugar is like being sentenced today. I really want something; sad part is, I don’t know what I want. All this health food and I want none! LOL to keep from crying! I’ll keep checking, so lets talk all night if we have to.

MemberI did great last night and today I am off on a great start. I had my balanced chicken and spinach breakfast saus with 1 egg. My husband is encouraging me to just cut portions and work out. Don’t ever feel guilty; we are doing this, we are going to stay on and ride out. I’m about to do my 200 situps, so bye for now.
