    Hi, I’ve joined up today and am wondering how to continue my diet of kefier if possible, I can’t find it in the menus… so how can this be added please if that’s ok. 🙂

    Hi, Criddles. Keifer is in our food lists as a swap for yogurt. It is definitely encouraged here!
