I buy the “Low-Fat flavored Kefir at the stores. I have no extra time to make it homemade. If I drink this in moderation, is it ok? ( I do not always buy it, only once in a while. I also found Coconut milk creamer, it has a different taste but I am lactose intolerant.
As far as my smoothies, I use coconut water, with frozen berries. You can throw in spinach, or bananas… The drink is nice and cold, and very healthy!
