    Maybe I read this wrong but I thought this was more on the lines of the Keto plan

    Hi, you two. The program is flexible to meet different needs, and can be adjusted to be keto. To do this, access the Menu Planner subapplication by clicking on the circular arrow icon at the right of each meal header, then select foods according tot he food group exchanges listed BUT substituting protein and fat exchanges for the starchy carbohydrates, and vegetables for the fruit exchanges.
