I am new to this.. I don’t understand. If this is a keto way, why is it when I go to my meal planner for the week, it’s recommends foods that are not keto friendly.. like Pizza and Crackers among other things?
Hi, Livredesbleus. You need to select “keto” in the “Dietary Needs” area of your profile (lower right corner) to ensure keto menus. Once you do that, generate a new menu by clicking on the giant plus (+) sign above your current menu.
