I’m not really a baker. So when I was making the bread, I thought it didn’t look “doughy” enough. So, I added about 1/2 handful of more almond flour and a few sprinkles of baking powder. I tried to get a faster response by commenting on the recipe, but the app wouldn’t allow me.
I went ahead and ate one serving of my “special” bread. Did I screw up any macros doing this? And if so, what do I need to do for the remainder of my weekly diet, such as sub-ins, or just throwing out the bread entirely?
Thank you I’m advance.
Hi, Perezcl. No, you didn’t mess up your macros, because you added more of a high-fat ingredient. You can definitely repeat meals and days as often as you need in order to finish the bread – it would be a shame to throw out extra portions.
