Hi there, I was wondering if you could use edamame spaghetti instead.
Hi, TillyDhonota. Not if you wish to ensure ketogensis, because edamame noodles are too high in protein and carbohydrate, and can disrupt the balance between fats and other macros (wherein fats need to be more than the combination of protein+carbohydrate). Shirataki noodles have no appreciable nutritional value, and so can be used freely as the pasta source in a keto plan.
Thank you Sharon for confirming. Appreciate it. Kind regards Tilly ?
