WHEN I WAS LOOKING THOUGH THIS, IT SAYS KETO AND GIVES MEAL PLAN, BUT WITH TDC IT HAS A LOT OF FOOD, I TALKED TO MY DR LAST WEEK AND MY CHOLESTEROL IS VERY HIGH. HE IS WORRIED ABOUT ME AS IT HAS DOUBLED. I WAS FOLLOWING MORE OF THE KETO. AND DID FASTING 8 HOURS EATING TO 16 FASTING. BUT MAYBE THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO.
CAN ANYONE GIVE SUGGESTIONS AND WHERE TO GO FROM HERE.
Hi, Tassie74. I think the route you most recently selected is a good one for your needs. It may look like a lot of food, but the items are lighter in nature and overall you still won’t go over your calorie limit, since you have selected intermittent fasting.
If you are still interested in using a keto plan, you can try combining the keto route with the vegan route (or the vegetarian route and leave eggs out of your plan). That may be easier on your cholesterol.
