I am finding that lean the burger is way too much at one setting. Is it Okay to cut it in half without messing up the protein/carb ratio. I have been trying to make sure I eat all 6 meals, but since I get up so late it is hard and often don’t eat breakfast before 11am …will now only eat when I am really hungry-hope that works. looks like I have lost a pound but can’t make it official until Sunday am-excited.
