This soup is a family favourite I use 250 grams of leeks 250 grams (2.5 cups) potato skin on (2cups) 800 mils of chicken stock using a Knorr stockpot salt pepper.. Can you please advice on carb content and whether I can exchange for any of the soup recipes on this site thank you in anticipation Dianna
Hi, Dianna. It depends on what portion of the entire recipe you have. Everthing together yields about 5 carb exchanges. This is similar to the Butternut Mung Bean Soup in the Menu Planner.
Thanks Ossie Sharon my portion was 1 cup a quarter of the total. I will use the butternut and mung bean recipe to apply this to my menu
